Why is my Concept showing as "Unavailable"?

Concepts that Chief generates dynamically follow the ebb and flow of the knowledge you’ve put into Chief. This means they come and go depending on what assets you’ve uploaded.

If you use a Concept to answer a question in Chief and then return back to that chat later, you might see something that looks like this:

This is because the underlying knowledge you’ve added (or removed) has shifted since this Concept was created.

Instead of working with dynamically created Concepts, you might choose to define your own Concepts manually. These concepts are durable and will not become unavailable (although the underlying knowledge used to power them will still change as you add or remove knowledge in your Project.)
